Dorcella's Boutique currently ships products within the continental United States and its territories. Dorcella's Boutique does not claim responsibility for any lost packages or lost revenue/profit due to delayed shipment on the part of the shipping carrier. Exceptions are in the case that your package was sent to the wrong address due to staff error. 

Once your package has been shipped, please follow the tracking number sent to your email upon completion of your order on our site. If facing issues with your shipment, please contact the local shipment facility of the carrier used to ship your package.
