Refund/Exchange Policy

Defective rhinestone and vinyl transfers, that have been unused, are able to be refunded or exchanged for a store credit equal to their purchase amount within 30 days of delivery. Dorcella's Boutique reserves the right to request customer provide visual proof of defective transfers before the completion of a refund or exchange. 

Custom orders are non-refundable & non-exchangeable upon final payment of rhinestone design or digital ink artwork. Exceptions are in the case that the delivered transfers do not match the agreed upon design (ex: Wrong color stone used). In such a case, transfers are able to be refunded or exchanged for a store credit equal to their purchase amount within 30 days of delivery. Dorcella's Boutique reserves the right to request customer returns all products before the completion of a refund or exchange.
